just thinking out my food today ….

here’s my planning: * NC = net carbs

meal 1: sm avacado, egg, cheese sprinkle  3NC

meal 2: tofu / beef / noodle dish  6 NC

meal 3:  dried fish /anchovies (great mini meal for on the go – 17g protein & only 95 cal –  I’ll be on the road at this time) 1 net carb

meal 4: 1 scoop protein powder (4NC) mixed w/ 1/4 full fat greek yogurt (4NC) & 1 trvia packet (1NC)


19 NC

104g Protein

1408 calories (according to myfitnesspal.com)

Pray that I stick to this! thanks 🙂
