1 pouch edamame (150 cal / 7NC / 12g protein)

1 sm hass avocado (190 cal / 3.5 NC / 2g protein)  w/ 1 egg baked (75 cal / 7 protein/ 0 NC)  + 1/8c  sprinkle colby jack (50 cal / oNC / 2g protein)

4oz chix (150 cal / 0 NC / 20g protein)  + Cabbage / onion / garlic stir fry in EVOO (75 cal/ 3 NC)

1/2 pack dried fish (50 cal / 8protein)

1/4c greek yogurt 50 cal / 3protein / 3.5 NC

1/8c walnuts 100 cal

1 pkt truvia – 1NC

1T almond butter – 1.5 NC / 100 cal / 1.5pro

NC: 34.5

*** Aghhh – too much carbs … it’s late … will have to rethink this in the morning …. likely nix the yogurt and half the edamame?
