Actual Day 3 / Wed….

Went well but not as planned due to a crazy work, training & kids schedule …

wanted to have avocado & eggs for breakfast but took 2 bites and the avocado just wasn’t fresh – yuck

sooo…. ended up having just coffee w/ 2 pkts truvia (2NC) & 1.5T heavy cream (75cal)

1 scoop Protein Powder 4NC – 23pro  (130cal)

then quick 45m circuit workout

lunch:  Romaine 1.5C / 1/8 colby jack cheese – 2pro / 3T homemade ranch dressing (1.4NC) / 6oz baked tilapia – 30pro (425cal)

afternoon:  more coffee w/ 2 pkts truvia (2NC) & 1.5T heavy cream  (75cal)

dinner:  1 scoop Protein Powder 4NC – 23pro (130cal)

1/4c greek yogurt 4NC – 5pro & 2 big strawberries 2NC & 1 truvia 1NC (45cal)

1 Egg fried in coconut oil & 1/8c colby jack  (125cal)  8pro

Totals:

1005 cal (yayy)

20.4 NC  (yayy)

93g protein (could be more but ok 🙂
