1/5 serving Eggplant lasagne

2 baked chicken thighs (no skin)

It’s just about 8pm … I’m getting hungry … gonna drink some tea … is still hungry, i could have some meat since it’s already cooked … likely 1 – 2 oz of beef roast … love that i had “lasagne” today at 8.25g/serving, it was delicious …
