horrible past few days … getting back on track today … car is down… UGHHHH could not make it to the gym for workout & weigh in today

Macros: 1413 CALORIES / 17 NC / 101 FAT / 98 PROTEIN

Breakfast:
green tea unsweetened w/ 1 wedge lemon
2 scoops protein powder w/ 1t coacoa powder & 1T heavy cream

Lunch:
2C Coffee w/ 2T heavy cream & sweetner

Dinner:
3 oopsie rolls / 2 beef patties / 3T ricotta

pm Snack:
green tea unsweetened w/ 1 wedge lemon

supplements: Fish Oil, Multi vitamin & mineral
