i think it helped that i didn’t have any of those yummy nut butter “muffins”

Macros are rockin! i need to make every day like this and I just know it’ll really start coming off ….
1374 calories / 22 NC / 125g protein

Meal 1
2 scoops protein powder
2 cups coffee w/ truvia & heavy cream

Meal 2
Salad: greens, dressing (made from sour cream, heavy cream, feta, hot sauce, lemon squeeze & herbs)
4 oz chicken tenderloins cooked in iron skillet w/ some butter & hot sauce
hard boiled egg

Meal 3: slice meatloaf

Meal 4: 1 serving tuna salad

drank lots of water & green tea w/ lemon
