planning for tomorrow ….

so i’m in love w/ these filet minon thingys … love that it packs so much protein & flavor, incorporating it in my day tomorrow for sure, i think this is my best plan yet … just need to stick to it exactly ….

Macros: 1200 CALORIES / 14 NET CARBS / 80g FAT / 103 PROTEIN

breakfast: coffee/truvia/heavy cream & 1/8C chopped walnuts

lunch: organic spring mix salad greens w/ 4oz baked chix thigh, shredded Parmesan & homemade Cesar dressing

dinner: filet minon / 1C broccoli & 1T EVOO

snack: 1 scoop protein powder

evening white asian plum tea w/ truvia pkt & 1t coconut oil
