what’s for lunch?

simple phase 1 lunch

love how low carb can be simple for food prep – just pick a meat – pick some veggies, add some good fat – ur done
here we have porkloin covered in a mix of parsley, garlic, peppers, a bit of squeezed lemon blended in olive oil accompanied by a few grape tomatoes and we’re good …

will use some of the porkloin and chop in chunks to put over salad w/ some fresh made ranch dressing for dinner …
