Weekend Update

Friday – went to gym first thing in the morning … weighed in at exactly 138 (i had previously gone back up to 140) … then sat in the sauna & steam room for about 40m (dunking in the ice pool every 15 or so min – did that on thurs. too) love it, so relaxing. Did well sticking to nutrition goals

Sat – did pretty well sticking to nutrition goals

Sun – really sucked at sticking to nutrition goals, may as well call it a full carb on day …

Will need to work out and either fast or go super high on FATS / super low carb on tomorrow to get back in keto by Tues …
