Doing well – in spite of major stress!

Still on Induction, and seeing major changes in my body since incorporating strength training (on my Body Shop by Jillian Michaels). I have been putting in a good 30 minutes on the treadmill, too – but mostly for that ‘runners high’. I NEED those endorphins for stress relief.

Anyway, that’s how things are going 🙂 I’ll update again soon.
