So far, doing pretty good. I did take a week off of Low-Carb (due to stress and a massive tooth ache) but I am right back at it (Induction). Now adding some serious cardio and strength training to drop the remaining 20-25 lbs (it may be 25 lbs now, since I took a whole week off).
The pictures in the black dress were from the end of May. The pictures in the teal green dress were from today.
