So far, so good. We have been munching on almonds and pork rhinds for the crunchy snack foods. And the kids are loving a hot breakfast instead of cereal.
Last night was tilapia for three of them and steaks for us other three, with broccoli & cheese. Yum! It was a big hit.
I will post more specifics soon. I’m pretty busy planning for virtual school to start on Monday.
