Ok, I have a theory. I think Cardio is important – and has its place in our physical fitness regimen. However, I agree with Salina – lifting / strength training should be primary. There’s even a scripture to support this theory:
“She girds herself with strength, and makes her arms strong” Proverbs 31:17
So there you have it. Even God said strength training / lifting is the way to go. ( and proverbs 31 is outlining the ideal woman).
