The ONLY way I was able to successfully lose my baby weight was with the Atkins (low carb) diet. I tried a LOT of other diets before Atkins, and had some success – but was unable to stay on plan long-term. Restricted carbs and high protein keep me feeling full longer, and tons more energy than I had on other diets.
