So far, so good. We have been munching on almonds and pork rhinds for the crunchy snack foods. And the kids are loving a hot breakfast instead of cereal.
Last night was tilapia for three of them and steaks for us other three, with broccoli & cheese. Yum! It was a big hit.
I will post more specifics soon. I’m pretty busy planning for virtual school to start on Monday.

Well, yesterday was a flop. I did great until we drove by Taco Bell. Oh well…live and learn. I will pass on the chicken burritos and fiesta potatoes next time.
I guess it’s technically day two. I fasted yesterday after caving the night before. Today I was so happy to eat!! I’m still doing a fat fast though to ensure I get back into Ketosis ASAP.
Sunburnt pretty bad on my legs and arms, but I did not cave yesterday. Today is day two back on Induction.
I didn’t end up eating anything yesterday because of the stomach bug, but I do plan on eating today.
In spite of not feeling so hot yesterday, I still worked out. Overall, a good re-start.
Last cheat day. For real. Just letting my emotions rule me for one moment while I grieve over the end of my relationship with Scott.
Tomorrow it’s hot & heavy low carb. No exceptions.
At the gym. The scale says I am 150 lbs. on a 5′ 2″ frame this is ugly. Salina, the 30 day bikini shot challenge is on like donkey kong. It’s exactly what the doctor ordered.
Day three and we are officially in Ketosis again!! Suck on that, Nutella!! Lol
